By playing Willys Raiders, in a browser or as an installed app, you agree to what follows. It is short on purpose.

The licence you get

You may play the game for your own enjoyment, on as many of your own devices as you like. You may not resell it, re-host the game files on another site, rebrand it, or bundle it into another product without written permission.

Purchases

Any purchase made in the Google Play version of the game is processed by Google, not by us, and is governed by the Google Play Terms of Service. Refunds follow Google Play's refund policy. A purchase unlocks game content on accounts and devices signed in to the Google account that bought it; it is not transferable and has no cash value.

Saved progress

Your progress is stored only on your own device. Clearing your browser data, using a different browser or device, private-browsing modes, or uninstalling the app will lose it, and we have no copy and no way to restore it. Progress is not a purchase and is not guaranteed.

Availability

The game is provided as it is, with no promise that it will be free of bugs or available without interruption. We may change, update or withdraw it at any time. Nothing here excludes any rights you have under consumer law that cannot legally be excluded.

Historical content

The game depicts real Second World War operations carried out by L Detachment, Special Air Service, in North Africa between 1941 and 1942. Places, dates and units are drawn from published historical accounts, but the game is a work of entertainment and not a historical record. It is independently made, and is not affiliated with, licensed by or endorsed by the British Army, the Special Air Service, or any government body.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from playing the game, including lost saved progress.
